Product details
Regarding free forging hammer, it is flexible for the randomness of forging process requirement and also frequent to change strokes between different blanks and change energy between different working steps. On the contrary, the requirement of speedy returning without time delay and striking frequency are lower compared with die forging hammer; furthermore, the other advantage is the return positioning of the hydro-pneumatic hammer working in oil-discharge easy to be controlled. Since there is no die and not strong rigidity requirement, it is ideal to install the hydraulic-pneumatic power head,is working in oil-discharge striking in the free forging hammer.
Regarding the hydro- pneumatic hammer working in oil-discharge striking, the compressed air is filled in the no-piston-rod chamber of the working cylinder. When oil is entered into the piston-rod chamber, the air in the no-piston-rod chamber is compressed and the hammer head is forced to move up. As the piston-rod chamber is connected with the oil return outlet for discharge, the compressed air in the no-piston-rod chamber is expanded and the hammer head will be dropped down at a fast speed under the action of both gravity and expanded compressed air.
Main Structural Characteristics:
Hydraulic drive system
A. Simple system principle
By using the servo-valve, it can realize striking, hammer suspending, press hammer and by using the standard hydraulic valves, it can easily realize oil- discharging, oil-filling and adjustment. With the servo-valve and hydraulic valve, we can simplify the construct and maintenance. And all the hydraulic components of the hydraulic system are produced by professional companies.
B. High integrated system
Connected with the striking valve, safety valve, insurance valve, explosion-protection valve, working cylinder, pneumatic stored cylinder and oil tank by an integrated block, it can realize no-pipe connection. With this components, the hammer is simple in structure, compact in design, shortest in oil circuit, litter loss in flow-rate pressure, etc.,lead to high efficient, energy saving and fast speed.
C. Using mixed cylinder structure
By using mixed cylinder structure, it can realize oil-discharging and oil-filling with no pipe, no valve and less or no resistance. But the striking frequency is the same as the steam hammer. Besides, it is possible to fast striking and fast return with the mixed cylinder structure.
D. Double anti-leakage construct
When using the double anti-leakage construct, the little leakage caused from the high pressure oil due to its non-absolute sealing condition can be returned to the oil tank via the return oil circuit .While the low pressure sealing can only prevent outside leakage from the oil-leakage circuit. In order to guarantee the safe and reliable sealing of the whole hydraulic system, we adopt the double anti-leakage construct.
E. Imported seal
All the seals in hammer rod and piston are imported.
Striking system
A. Elastic thin hammer rod
The big hammer tup, elastic thin hammer rod and special connection will extend the hammer rod life and reduce the maintenance substantially.
B. Automatic lubrication system
The hammer has automatic lubrication system,can adjust the deliverability of the lubrication oil and monitor the oil level by electronic program. While the hammer stops striking, it will stop supplying the lubrication oil.
Control system
A. More comprehensive safe monitor
The fully hydraulic hammer can monitor oil cleanness, temperature, pressure and oil level by means of sensors, and will alarm immediately as long as something wrong happens and then automatically diagnose to protect itself by stopping the hammer or even the forging. Meanwhile, this sensor system can also monitor other safety auxiliaries in order to that the hammer can be operated under suitable conditions.
B. English malfunction showed screen
The hardware of the electric control system is supplied by Mitsubishi Electric and the software is programmed by Baixie. In order to realize easier and faster maintenance and change-work, the electronic control system will monitor the logic circuit of hardware by the pre- programme, and then the normal troubles can be shown in the screen. There are 42 malfunction check points, of about 36 are automatic. If there is something wrong, it can quickly find the trouble and solve it at once to shorten the downtime
Performance and Feature
A. High efficiency
It becomes possible to strike continuously with high frequent by adopting hydraulic system with high integrated technique.
B. Energy saving
By using tapered valve system, it is easier to extend the use life of the forging hammer hydraulic system and reduce the leakage. And the utilization rate of the hammer energy can reach 65%, over 30 times more efficient than traditional steam hammer.
C. Safety
The hydraulic system is equipped with the safety valve preventing the hammer rod breaking off, the insurance valve preventing cylinder inflated, the explosion-proof valve preventing tube exploding and the overflow valve preventing the system overpressure. In the mean time, its also equipped with many kinds of sensors, protectors and detectors of digital display such as oil temperature, pressure, oil level, cleanliness, electric current, voltage etc. to insure the system run safely.
D. Reliability
The feature of Baixie forging hammer is simplified design. According to the experience of ten years design and manufacture, the hammer takes the hydraulic system with high integrated and optimized design, connecting structure with flexibility design, pendular mixed oil working cylinder design, special and simple hammer rod connecting design and actinoid guide design.
